After graduating from Saginaw Valley State University cum laude with a B.S. in biology and chemistry Dr. Eby attended the University of Michigan Dental School. After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery he completed an ADA accredited General Practice Residency at the Detroit Veteran’s Administration Medical Center, Detroit, MI.
In 2017, Dr. Eby was awarded his Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry. A "Master" in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) has been recognized by other general dentists as a leader and exemplifies to other dentists the importance of quality continuing dental education. To earn the distinction of MASTER more than 1700 hours of post doctorate education must be completed along with a rigorous examination. Approximately 3000 dentists have earned this distinction since 1964
With a special interest in advanced digital technology Dr. Eby takes a special pride of his knowledge with same day crown visits utilizing CEREC. Dr. Eby is a CEREC mentor and trainer for Patterson Dental. He also uses 3D digital imaging to provide the most predictable and safe method to place dental implants, this technology also allows airway screening for those who suffer from OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA . As someone with sleep apnea Dr. Eby loves to help those who cannot wear a CPAP benefit from an ORAL SLEEP APPLIANCE.
In 2003, 2005, and 2006 Dr. Eby was listed in America’s Top Dentists issue of Consumer Research. He received the 1998 Comprehensive Clinic Care Award and the Organization of Teachers Oral Diagnosis Award while at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Eby is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Central District Dental Society, International Association of Orthodontics, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Eby feels that prevention is the key to good long-term oral health with an emphasis on education. This allows patients to make well-informed decisions about their dental care. He understands that each patient is unique and uses all available options to satisfy their specific needs. He also works very closely with local specialists to achieve maximum results. He is committed to helping everyone in his community to be as HEALTHY as possible!
Dr. Eby regularly attends continuing education courses and participates in more than 100 hours per year. His interests include crown and bridge, implant dentistry, sleep apnea, and orthodontics. Outside of the office, Dr. Eby enjoys exercise, baking using a wood oven, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Laurie graduated in 1988 from LCC with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. Laurie’s caring, compassionate and kind personality has endeared her to her patients for the past 20 + years, while offering gentle, professional excellence in care.
Her son and daughter are the ultimate joy in her life. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, exercise and travel.
Becky joined our team with 17 years of dental knowledge. Her passions include family, friends, and the world of health and wellness. Striving to make others happy means success! Just a smile and kindness can make the world a better place!
Kristy received her Associate Degree as a Registered Dental Assistant from Washtenaw Community College in 2010. She loves assisting with Dr. Eby! Her rapport with each and every patient makes them feel as if they are not only her favorite patient (which they usually are),but that their dental health is her top priority. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with the love of her life….Pickles her basset hound. She can also be found most weekends in the summer at Lake Michigan, spending time with family and friends.
Sharon is married 37 years to Rick, has 2 married daughters and 2 grandchildren. Having a RDH license in Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana and Texas, this encouraged travel and seeing family. "My passion for this profession began in 1978 as a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant; I always wanted to be on the other side of the chair! Hygiene allowed me to provide direct patient care. Erin graduated from Northwestern Michigan College in 2011 with a certificate in dental assisting. She enjoys her job here with Dr. Eby and also enjoys interacting with patients every day. The patient’s health is her number one priority, so staying focused on educating patients is important to her. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach.
